AU Changes
  • Augments do NOT have magic unicorn healing blood
  • The Augments were created by the pre-spacefaring Terran Empire as obedient supersoldiers
  • Superior intelligence had the unwanted effect of enhancing empathy, creating a tendency towards pacifism
  • John Harrison was part of a group of Augments who defected during the Eugenics Wars and escaped into space in the Botany Bay
  • He and his crew were discovered and captured by the ISS Enterprise under Captain James T. Kirk.
  • Five of these prisoners were thawed, three had survived cryosleep, only Harrison agreed to accept slavery over execution
  • With his frozen crewmates as hostages, Harrison designed the first Dreadnaught Class vessel, the ISS Vengeance
  • Before the ship could be completed, Harrison managed to steal the remaining cryochambers, hide them, and flee in a shuttlecraft with an experimental warp engine
  • The warp engine malfunctioned and Harrison found himself adrift in the Prime Universe
  • His goal is to find a way to rescue his crewmates and find them a safe haven either in the Mirror Universe or the Prime Universe
